Holy Saviour

Holy Saviour

Roman Catholic Primary School

Holy Saviour School was built in 1970 to serve the parish of Holy Saviour Nelson.  It is a thriving school with strong links to our parish of St John Southworth.  Holy Saviour has a strong tradition and good reputation within our community and many of our current parents, and even some of our staff, came here as pupils themselves.  The majority of our pupils are Roman Catholic, however, we do welcome pupils from all faiths.  Holy Saviour is a 'feeder' primary school for Ss. John Fisher and Thomas More High School in Colne.

Holy Saviour is a one form entry school with seven classes in total and we currently have 209 pupils on our school role.  The teachers are hardworking and dedicated to providing a high quality Catholic education for all our pupils.  Working alongside our teachers there is also a wonderful team of teaching assistants, office staff and lunchtime supervisors.
